I'm a bit confused by that comment. Isn't this the Shelby Cobra Daytona 427 "Super Coupé" from about 1965?

It was later hung with the "Daytona" nickname, but was christened with a less poetic name. (And it's not the Willment Coupe, either; that was an older project than this one). Unlike the Daytona, this one didn't turn a wheel in competition, until long after the Cobras were extinct in international championship competition.
