That wire wheel looks like it was originally fitted to something from Browns Lane.... So i'll ask if there is any link to Jaguar? (Although I wouldn't believe it if you said 'yes')

I think this is a Jaguar XK120 that was re-styled by Barris Kustoms in 1954 for a Mr. Harrison

In doing research on the Harris speedster, we ran across what might be another Jaguar roadster that was built by Barris.

We hope to get some pics of it next month.

Did Barris use European cars very often and are there other european makes Barris created/modified/

While not a roadster, Barris did build this mild custom '66 Jaguar for Yvonne De Carlo

Quote
De Carlo’s Killer Ride

De Carlo relished the role, going so far as to have her black 1966 Jaguar sedan tricked out by Hollywood customizer George Barris with spiderweb hubcaps, gold coffin rails in place of a luggage rack, and coffin-shaped door handles. The pičce de résistance? The traditional Jaguar hood ornament was replaced with a brass wolf’s head with gleaming ruby eyes.

This is the same Jaguar that the Goldwater foundation/family sent to me quite awhile ago.

I had mentioned Goldwater in the article/story of Ben.>>>> dead givaway?
Also brought up a second Jag in this post, as I thought the other names were solidified as being the owners?
A second one, apparently not?

Do I get a 1/3 point, Ha>>> just kidding

Please respond below if you know the make and model designation of this car. Who was the owner, who did the body design and when?

The doors and the windshield remind me of a Jaguar XK150. Is it based on this car?

I thought that some different pictures of this same car were posted in a puzzle before?

Maybe it was this car pictured in Europe somewhere as a puzzle,
Maybe it did make it's way there?

The Goldwaters sent me pics of this car about a year ago, been working with them researching Ben.
Seems, in a letter I just received, Ben and Barry were together about 3 months before Ben passed away.
Ben & Barry were lifelong friend's from their naval acadamy years forward, Ben was Barrys daughters Godfather, Sebring races together with Buerhig in Wacky Arnolts Tower and much much more.
Is this the same car that was in a previous puzzle, or did Barris make two Jag 120's ?
John

I'm afraid I've overlooked the re-post though I might checked it before..
No it's not another car, only modified the original pic to prevent puzzlers from easily using GoogleSearchbyImage.
