Though I don't know it for sure I suppose the first car is called "Lockwood Special 2 seater".

As I wrote I have no-name about these.
I found the 1st on the cover of that book and the second in the pictures of an event that took place in the north of Italy...
I suspect you are right about the 1st.

Here's a detailed description of number2:

From the official site:

"EXTREMA
This italian supercar is a frist progect for extrema car company.
The first model car in italian with a 2 engine rear monted, the first with a monocoque carbon fiber and titanium.
Making this unique model, not a replacement for another and an addictionto the exterema car company.
A product of the time-honourded relationship whith an italian designer, which penned the exterior, this model heralds a new era for the italian exotic car.with its own in-house design centre headed by MIRKO SOLDAN.While the centre is still under costruction, from the very near future it will play an increasingly decisive role in the development of the formal language that sets extrema apart from all others."this is a small creative centre which is destined to grow"notes MIRKO "it is a crucial tool for the our future".And while it may be a tool for the future,it has alredy made its mark on the extrema.
It all began in early 2007,as this was a new car,we focused on identifyng the right dimension and interior spece, working straight from the start with full scale models based on the packaging specification given by designers. Then in 2008 we turned our attention to the style. That same year we signed of some of the volumes, such as the doors sistem, but the rest of the car was still evolving to some degree.
In 2008 we were still working on the details in order to achieve the effect we were looking for.the result is a car with a side view defined by a long swooping bonnet contrasted by a short tail volume, with an aftward-shifted cabin in a harmony of concave and convex forms, with the surfaces of the flank coming together in the tail to form a compct
The firm want to enter into the market of english cars with an italian production
The market is for two seater sports cars, witha back engine.
Cars are built with a tubular chassis and these cars have a body by fiberglass.
Builder firms use this method to assure a relation weight/power very higt,so they can have elevated performance.
We have produced a super sport car with the use of progressed technologies and with the job of specialized engineers, this super car will become a new leader for the italian and word market in this category.
The firm market is for commaisseurs that cam judge all qualities of this.
The client can personalized his car.
We have planned the monocoque with another material, the titanium.
Another builder, near modena famous in the word use this material.
With the combination of these materials (titanium and carbon fiber)we have got a comlplete monocoque of only 80kg.
For our aim, with a structural text software we have head a resistance to torsion of 23000/nm.
We can see that our result are elevated if we compare our staticsto other statics of other builder firms.
These statics are very important and they are the starting point that we have used to develop the car.
The car will satisfy everybody also exating clients infact the car has an italian style and at finally it has an exellent technology"
