Hello seekers, here we go again! Another Puzzle about cars, and songs abouts cars, and the artists who recorded those songs. This installment spans the scale from "this is ridiculously easy" to "what, are you kidding me, this is well-nigh impossible!!!.

The rules are thus: No points for naming one of these cars - they are all quite easy. The points will be awarded for identifying the artist (1 point each), the song (1 point each), and the correct pairing (1 point each) as represented by a corresponding picture of a car, or an automotive event. See? I'm giving clues already. I'm too good to you guys. Another tip: While many of these artist have gone onto more mundane walks of life, or that recording studio in the sky, and their records may be long-since out-of-print, there are no insider-only "you have to have the book" requirements. Patience and good detective work is all that is required to find the solution to all of these. The answers are all available to the general public (except maybe in China - D'oh! I gave you another clue).

Artist 1, Billy Murray, should go with Car Song 3, the 1966 Oldsmobile full size. It's as merry an Oldsmobile as another.

Artist 3, David Hasselhoff, must obviously go with Car Tunes 8, "Jump in my Car", the car being Kitt, natch'rally.

Artists 6 are The Happiness Boys, going with Car Song 2 "Since Henry Ford Apologized To Me" (since we already had "Henry's Made A Mady Out Of Lizzie" in another puzzle, it may be the right guess, doesn't it?)

1 is Mr. Murray (of course you got him right

) , and Car/Song 3 about an Oldsmobile, but that's not a song in this puzzle.

I don't quite understand what you mean by that. Not "In my merry Oldsmobile", and not to be paired with Jimmy Murray?

If so , I'd say that Car/Song 3 (1966 Olds 88) is "Roughouse 88", a 1969 LP by Artist 9, Merrill Moore.

I've got a couple of possibilities for Artist 5 (Southern Culture on the Skids). How about Song 4, Dirt Track Date (1995)?
