The bit of the front wheelarch looks like a 60's car.

The door shape - was it a disabled vehicle?

Right hand drive so I am guessing British.

Thanks, but it's too far from my expertise. It could be a Rekord D as base model, but I've no idea about the coachbuilder.
I'm happy to have been able at least in finding the purpose of the car, but now it's up to the other memebrs to finish the puzzle...
