I have no exact time frame for these vehicles, but it's later then 1949, when the picture on the tricycle was taken

Yes, Google comes up with 3 results, one of which leads to the man on the tricycle. The picture I posted was online too, but was taken off a while ago.
Once you've found the country you should be able to find it
