Well, that just goes to show that you shouldn't believe everything you read on web pages.
I see now that the name is not Daimler, it's made by W.H. Dunkley of Birmingham, UK. The puzzle vehicle is a Dunkley Pramotor, powered by a 1hp Simplex engine, and being scrutinised at the 1922 Motor Show (presumably at Olympia) by, among others, the Duke of York, later to become King George VI.
Dunkley were apparently considered a premier manufacturer of prams, but went on to produce small motorcycles in the 1950s, such as the 60cc Dunkley Whippet.
