Your pic comes originally from a 1965 Hino Contessa 1300 brochure:

That turning radius of 4,6 m must be a typo or not:o
In Germany it's more common to specify the turning diameter that's why I was a little confused on this.
Nevertheless Ø 9,2m is not so bad..

The dash layout is similar in concept to the current-model Civic, which I sit in every day, so my first guess was that it must be a Honda.

I think this is the Honda OSM (Open Study Model) concept car which was first shown at the London Motor Show in 2008.
As I suspected, very quickly. Honda OSM it is, well done Tom.

To whomever split the threads, I like the idea but I think in the long run this thread will get VERY disjointed and increase the admin/mod's work a lot as well, so I've come up with what I think would be a better idea - input accepted of course.
This thread gets re-merged in here in it's original form and remains in the Pro section. I then create a 'Solved' compilation thread in the Solved forum and every time a puzzle gets solved I'll add another post to it with the image of the solved puzzle, the name of the vehicle and the puzzler's name.
In my mind at least that's a lot easier for me, keeps this thread intact and coherent and requires no external input from mods/admins.
I'll put this in both threads in case one gets skipped over.

OK - the heck with it. You're determined to add new posts quicker than they can be admin'd.

I don't want to hear any bitching about reposts of the cars herein, because they can't be found by searching the solved section.
You wanna be the man, you gotta Name That Car!

I'm not sure if my idea was interpreted correctly, as I said I would like to minimize external input from admins, and if I were to create a 'solved compendium' in this SOLVED forum, re-posting the solved puzzle in a single post, adding on each time and leaving the original thread intact in the Professional section.

If at all possible I'd like to ask for this thread to be re-assembled in the Pro forum and I will sort all the rest out.
