I think this is the PGE 5P electric saloon of the 1970s
PGE stood for Progetti Gestione Ecologiche who were based in Milano.

Woodinsight was so kind to show me the parallels in design in a PM.

My picture shows this car some years later at the Geneve Salon dŽAutomobile in 1979 or 1980.

It has a cleaner look, no bumpers, fat tires and it was obviously meant to be a taxi prototype of the italian coachbuilding company Introzzi.

Maybe some guys around know more?
