It was so familiar and now I know why: one day I wanted to post this as a puzzle :)

For the Concours de Taxi, organized on 3 May, 1945 at the Bois de Boulogne Cascade in France, a company, called Escoffier created an interesting vehicle on the basis of the Renault Juvaquatre in cooperation with Jacques Rousseau, who went on to become a top-dog at Chrysler France.
