#16 is the Serenissima F1 (Serenissima MA1F) car which never took part at any race.

#7 is not a Terrapin, but #16 is indeed a Serenissima (although rather M1AF than MAF1), but it has raced at least once in an Austrian hillclimb in 1970.

#10 - F3, motorcycle engine, but not JAP. And not Swedish.
#11 - not MZ, and not from the same country (if you meant Zambarbieri made cars).
#19 - neither Abarth nor F-Vee (and not Dutch).

I've seen #7 before.... the same photo, I wouldn't recognise the cars otherwise. Is it something to do with Franco Sbarro?

That's two questions, but about different cars, so it is completely legal

However, I have to declare that #2 is not French (but very close!) and #7 is not Eastern European (but European it is!).
