This looks to be a later customization of a show car called the Stiletto, which was Corvair based and picked-up as a design for a model kit, I believe by MPC, but I'm having a great deal of trouble seeking it out.

Ah, yes. I knew the name Gene figured in somewhere. Don't know what else I know...

I guess those do look a bit similar. I don't know who built the puzzle car, only what it was titled at the museum where it was displayed.

It also shows some striking similarities (except the.. ahem... front fenders) with the Chevrolet Astro III, but it seems smaller. Any connection?

All right, all right, we know it's electric.
But that's all, as far as I am concerned.

OK - this car is associated by name, as well as by current location, with some stars.

This is called the 'Cosmic Invader Electric Car' and all I can find out about it is that it resides in the Kruse Automotive and Carriage Museum.
