No, to the best of my knowledge this is a purpose built van and not based on an existing platform

Okay it seems I've made a mistake. This body is most likely mounted on a chassis from another manufacturer. I apologise for leading you all in the wrong direction.
However, It's the make and model of the body that I want, and none of the guesses have been close yet.

Once again, sorry for not checking my facts first!

It's fitted to a Ford Thames chassis. It is made by by B Walker & Son of Watford and is called "Fineline van". It could be had on Austin/Morris J2-chassis as well and was later modified for Ford Transit.

The greyed out logo below the front window and the text on the window mentioned Thames.

I've changed the picture, but I'm afraid I'll have to trust your eyesight as I can't make head nor tail of it! the badge is certainly the right shape for a Thames though.

Why were we all looking for electric vans?  There's no mention anywhere that this van had an electric motor, but I'll swear there was just such a mention before!

I thought it odd at the time because why would it have that grille if it was electric?  Has the post disappeared or was it my imagination?
