I have three shots (not very sharp) on my HD - see below.
There may be better photos somewhere on the web or of course in the books on Formula Junior.

Here's the car at the 1960 Eifelrennen meeting. Duncan Rabagliati reckons there were 3 Lova cars built, and I think these photos cover all of them - the front-engined car (which has no connection with this puzzle!), the 1960 rear-engined car, still DKW engined, and the even later car which seems to have a DKW motor, but in period was Ford-engined.
