That's the Ferrari '400 GTO', based on a 400i.
The car was designed by Chris Hampson and Gary Major with the idea of a modern (early 1990's) interprepretation of a 250 GTO.
The building was carried out by Brian Wingfield of D-type replice fame.
It's as much fun to scare as to be scared
