What's the full name of this car? If you know, you'll get a point

Apologies for the giant picture...! Maybe an expert with a wide-angle lens can identify this? It's not too difficult!

Judging by details on the image, I'd guess that this is a Mazda modified by someone in China.
Apart from that I have no idea who carried te work out.

It is a Mazda, but nothing else you say is correct.... I don't think that's enough for a lock as the origin is fairly obvious (to me, at least), but you'll find it easily enough if you keep looking!

Yes it is a Mazda built for group S, can you give me the full name (model and designation)?

i found only this:
"Mazda Group S - Built in 1987 by Mazda Euro Rally Team in Belgium. It used a 3-rotor ex-Le Mans
engine and a space frame chassis. 2 cars were built. They reportedly were sent
to Japan after the Euro Rally Team folded. This is definitly the most
odd looking and secret group S prototype ever built.... "
maybe its designation is RX7 Group S?

Well, that's close enough. Technically the model it's based on is an RX7 SA22, but I guess most people are not au fait with the hugely complicated Japnanese chassis code system.... A point for you!
