That looks like the 1979 Volvo Tundra by Bertone.

Yes it is. Volvo did not wanted it, so later Bertone pruposed it to Citroen to become the BX

I think the history fo that car goes a bit further. I believe it is more or less the same design as the Anadol/Reliant FW11/Scimitar SE 7
