I definetly have seen this before but still can't locate it...
Is it from Canada or Australia?

Is there any particular feature on this car which would make it rather different from other typical 1920s touring cars? E.g. its engine, the place where it was built etc.
I mean if this is one of the myriad of American cars then it will not be so easy. If this is a car from the fictional Canadian town of Fricksville, made by three highly crafted lemurs    then by identifying its exceptional feature, then we may find it easier.

It is from the US so I admitt it is not easy just to identify it by its looks.

I will narrow it down a bit

The car is built by a well known manufacturer who had several diffrent production lines in the early twenties. One of them carried the name of this manufacturer
In 1922 they took over a factory of another well known manufacturer wich included a forgotten pilotmodel wich became the car in the puzzle.
This car was the first procuction car under this name.
This name did not last very long and afther a few years the production stopped
Production for two other lines including the one that carried the name of this manufacturer continued till the eary thirties when they declared bankruptcy

There was also a coupe version and another picture of the follow up model from 1926

Yes! it is by Durant and it is a Flint. Do you have a model designation? should be very easy now

Well, with your generous clues, I can say that the 1st model in the Flint line-up was the Model E, a 6-cylinder, 65HP available in 8 body styles.
The one in the puzzle seems to be a bit older, like a Model E-55 from 1925, available in 5 body styles, touring, roadster, sedan coupe and sport touring.

I found your picture on-line, where they say it is a 1925 Model 80 (that is a '26 model, BTW).

I think that he is wrong about that. I realy believe it is a 1925 Flint E- 55 as you said.

The model 80 is in fact the second picture in my last reply
The real difference between the two is that the E 55 is on a 120'' wheelbase and the model 80 is a 7-passenger sedan delivered with a 130" wheelbase.

If it is the same source as mine (also a sort of "name the car" game) you can read that the one who gets the (in our game) point  said it was 1925 ....and as you said model 80 was from 1926

I will move this to solved as a 1925 Flint model E-55 and award you your point ( if you have room for one more)
