That's the one - this is the Crosley "Sharkey" custom. Built in 1950, it was donated to the Crosley Auto Club, and was was the prize in a fundraising raffle by the club in 2004. The picture below is how the car looked in '04. The winner has been restoring it ever since, and the puzzle picture was taken of the almost-completed restoration in the first half of this year.
