Of course: Harvey Philip, alias Phil Spector, was my first choice, based on the looks of this guy, before I guessed his first name (I didn't know that Spector's was Harvey).
Now I must find the car.

I'd have chosen the car in which he nearly lost his life in 1974, but I can't find what it is.
