It“s a 1958 Buick Electra/Le Sabre proposal for 1959?

It's a proposal for the 1959 Buick alright, but why forget the Invicta and the Electra 225 (still called Limited at the time of this mockup)?

And it couldn't have been as late as 1958. The final design was ready about October 1957. So this is quite earlier. But let's not nitpick and give you the point.
