I honestly don't think so, having noted it under another name. But something happened that puts me to shame. I searched it on the net and cannnot find where I saw it. So, my identification can be wrong too.
So I'll give you two points if you can prove what you say.

I found it as a 1923 ABC Speedster, based on a 1914 Ford Model T.

It is, and I think it was hard to find.
The funny thing is that I couldn't find where I had got that picture, but I found another site where it's reversed, and I think correctly. This is an american LHD car.
It's time to correct this.
