Truck 5 is a 1960 Australian Chrysler Royal AP3 utility

Truck 8 is a Hillman Imp

Is Truck 12 a Toyota Crown utility?

it is a Hillman Husky panel van, based on the Imp. The Husky was introduced in 1967, and used the Imp's 875cc engine

Yep, number 5 is a 1960 Chrysler Wayfarer V8

Re: the Imp - by what nickname were these commonly known? I'll hold that particular puzzle piece for you for 24 hours.

By the way, when it comes to grouped puzzles such as this, I usually tall up the points when the entire slate has been ID'd.

And, as a provider of other group puzzles, I think this is how it should be done, and the best way to have them puzzles eventually solved. Otherwise, puzzlers solve the easiest cars, forget the rest, and these puzzles just pile up in the Pro section.

I don't know if the manufactures name changed or not, but these were indeed commonly referred to as Hillman "Commer" vans. Commer was an abbreviation for Commercial, I'd guess.

Not quite - Hillman and Commer where two divisions of the same parent company.

In this case the parent was Rootes Group, within Rootes Hillman, Humber, Singer, Sunbeam and Talbot, produced cars. Where Commer and Karrier were both commercial vehicle arms.

The company has now disappeared and is in someway part of Peugeot know.

As an aside one of the last models made was a Talbot Sunbeam now there is a confusing name for a car...

Quite so.
I'm pretty sure that the car-derived light commercials were badged as Commers and their equivalents with rear seats and side windows were Hillmans.
An earlier pair based on the Hillman Minx were called the Commer Cob and the Hillman Husky respectively
