As far as I know it's still a concept car. No live photos to be found online...

I highly doubt that the puzzle pic is a rendering.
I don't think they made such brilliant renderings in 2002..

The image in the first post is an actual photo of the concept car, taken at the Pininfarina studio. Not a rendering.

Believe just one car exists and there are a few pictures of it online, but mostly the same ones, which must be Pininfarina publicity shots.
Did find this one rendering below of the car with the doors open, but have no idea if the Concept they built features them or not.  Looking at the photo of the actual car I reckon it does.
