In effect, a long-schnoz Pinto conversion which, at $1,900 FOB, plus your labor, effectively doubled the cost of a Pinto, with dubious improvements in aesthetics.

Their sales literature is worth a chuckle. I think I'd go for the Super (-bird), and add the wire wheels covers, for that "is it a Ferrari?" look.  ;D

There was another kit for pinto's which was quite glamorous on the cars.

If I recall correctly, it was called a Pandera Kit>> or Pangra.
Had one at one time which came from a ford dealer which I bought their D-99 old stock from.
Just my 2 cents from my pea brain.

The Pangra looked good, and many opted for the turbo kit. As far as I know, they didn't offer a Pangra Super Bird wing option.  :)

The kit always reminded me of a pantera or mangusta front end.

It did make the little old pinto come to life, that black really sets it off.
