The Grignani Parva was a very compact microcar with open 2-seater bodywork. powered by a rear-mounted 125cc 2-stroke 5bhp engine, it could achieve a top speed of 37mph (60km/h)

Despite the differences in the nose and door sill line, I believe the puzzle car is a Grignani Parva. The Parva was the subject of a previous AP puzzle (see ad below), but I think that image depicts an early, rough version of the car from 1950, while this puzzle image dates from around 1953 and reflects small design updates which give the car a more finished look.

You are right!
I have another pic of the Parva and it has just the same smaller door, the same more elaborated bumper and hubcaps. My pic is from 1950. I think the flyer was just a prototype, then refined.
