Here's a page in Dutch (not the best language for me to read, but better than Cyrillic languages) that shows the puzzle photo plus a shot of the frame.

Here's your opportunity to learn some of the Dutch language by typing it into Google Translate.    ;D

@Paul Jaray: According to your initial post it was a 'real' car...
So, was it ever built actually?

My source, Quattroruote magazine, describes the car like a real one, never mentioning if it was just a drawing, a concept or an idea...I don't know if the Dutch text is more clear on that.

Google Lens app can do that in seconds :)

The news can sometimes come from a corner where one does not expect it at all, and at a recent exhibition of chemical products and plastics in the French capital, our correspondent discovered a prototype of a French car scooter that is both design and technical construction exhibit many interesting aspects. The amazement at the presence of this cart at such an exhibition becomes less great if one knows that the designer, Monsieur Moraly, is a leading figure in the field of plastic processing.

This Moraly, as we will call it for the time being, is designed as a 3-person cart, where, in addition to the different design, three things immediately require attention: a centrally placed steering wheel, two pedal controls and the ability to move almost sideways. to ride.

The chassis is constructed from heavy duty steel tubes, which are connected by similar cross tubes, as can be seen in the accompanying drawing. The air-cooled one-cylinder four-stroke engine is mounted at the rear and drives via a clutch. a three-speed gearbox and a differential for both rear wheels. The suspension of the front wheels is original. These are both mounted on front forks that are strongly reminiscent of the front suspension of the Vespa: where the curved forks are provided with

The chassis of the Moraly". Take a look at the suspension of this chassis
of vertically mounted springs and shock absorbers. These spring elements that are attached to the fork therefore rotate completely with this fork and since an almost perpendicular position of the front wheels can be achieved in this way, it is logical that the cart can drive away almost sideways, making it easier to park in narrow spots. becomes very easy. In contrast to the generally accepted construction, the track rod is mounted very high, under the dashboard, and the turning movements of the steering wheel are transmitted to this track rod at an angle.

A triangle with coil springs is used as rear wheel suspension, whereby the coil springs with built-in telescopic shock absorber have a slightly inclined position; they are mounted in silent blocks.

It is also worth mentioning that the clutch pedal is linked to the gear lever, so that the clutch is automatically disengaged first when a gear is engaged, while a built-in shock absorber ensures that the coupling runs smoothly. Not only the design of the body, which consists of synthetic resin, but certainly also the design of the roof is original. This is round and by sliding certain sectors under each other (roughly as we know from our very old coffee grinders) an open-roof construction has been created. The doors are designed as sliding doors and here too you will find certain components that slide over each other.

The curved rear window also consists of three folding sectors. If you wish to drive a completely open car in the summer, both the roof and rear window components can be pushed together and the whole thing can be stowed away behind the driver's seat. As we already mentioned, the steering wheel is centrally placed, while the other two seats on the left and right are placed slightly back. The cart is 250 cm long and weighs approximately 220 kg. The single-cylinder engine has a cylinder capacity of 250 ce and, according to the data provided, should be able to deliver 18 HP, which seems quite high to us. All in all we are dealing with a very original design here; Now we just have to wait for it to be put into series production and it seems that this is going well. opportunities exist.
