Allrighty then.
This is the 1911-15 Cheswold, built by E.W. Jackson in Doncaster, England, and named after a local stream. This exact example is currently on display at the Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery. Don't know of any model designation, though, it's only described as the Cheswold Car on the museum's web site, but it was a tourer, powered by a 15.9 hp, 2.612 cc 4-cylinder engine.
Today, the car in the picture looks like this (and you might be pleased to see that the spare tyre is again in place):
