Found it. The article about this car was in #8-1972 of Modelist-Konstruktor magazine (USSR). The name was simply 'Delfin'. Here are the pages in Russian, I will translate the information, but will need some time :)

so, I simply have to change the name to 'Delfin' or should I add something referring to the make?

Simply Delfin, as it was a self-constructed car and it had no make.
