It is from Finnland. The brand made similar type of vehicles based on a German people's car and this was the prototype for its replacement, based on a Swedish car. You can find it if you research in Finnish a bit

The name of the last car (not the brand name, but the model name) is a popular female name, which was also given to a French luxury-sportscar which was originally designed in UK and after years of development was presented in 1972.
This female name was used with a "c" for the French car, but it is used with a "k" for this car.

Finnish Version of the VW Bus/truck. Named Teijo. It is powered by a standard VW aircooled motor.....so it´s the Teijo Monika?

Yes, the last one is the Teijo Monika, based on a Saab. Planned replacement for the VW-based version, but it never got beyond the prototype stage.
