My memory might be working again now, and I've just remembered the name. It think it is the Canter Coaster, made near the Reliant factory in Tamworth in 1967 by Alister Canter.

I thought I'd typed Carter, but it seems not. I'm using a French keyboard at the moment which has the letters in different places, so it's all very confusing. Anyway, to confirm, it is the Carter Coaster.
