I don't know of Comai but that name doesn't appear in the literature I have...

It's a Fives Sciarà, made near Naples and powered by a Fiat Cinquecento ED drivetrain.

Thanks to the friend who indicated me this post which I missed...  ;)
Now, solving this, it makes easier another one...
