Is this a Group Six?

Yes it is.  Well done.
I don't have any more information about it so can't add anything.  Maybe someone else can?

Group Six
Group Six Fibres, Clerkenwell, London
Based on a VW floorpan, the idea in designer John Mitchell's mind was a can-am style car for the road. It was offered as a body kit in 1972 and later that year a company began to make complete cars. Early cars were all open, but a targa hard-top was available in 1973 and subsequent cars were all enclosed coupes.
