Given the styling cues, I'd say it is from the mid to late 1950s, but no idea what it is ... or if that year span is even correct.  Almost looks like an Edsel of some sort, but I'm guessing that is incorrect, too....

Because of the V in the grille that looks identical to the V in the Vignale logo...I think of a Vignale.

But the car looks horrible, so it is probably not a Vignale creation...

There is a 1958 Chevrolet Impala underneath? being a proposal for an automobile production in Brazil...
That guy looks like Juscelino Kubitschek! ;D

Could this be an Aero-Willys prototype?

Earlier I made a remark on early 1950s prototypes in Brazil, but then I realized that this car is younger so that's why I have this new guess.

Ok, it“s right, but I don“t have any idea how did you find this. The only picture that I have is this, collected from an old newspaper.

hello,I came across some additional info. chemunis was built in 1958,in Sao Paulo,by Jamie muniz .it appeared to have a panoramic windshield,two-tone painting, dual headlights, bumpers massudos, large motor and chrome. His lines were a mixture of several US models; the front bumper was mercury style, rear fenders were chervrolet Bel-Air and headlights were dodge, and of course the triangular grid imitating the ill-fated Edsel. It was built in a single copy it mentions the body was sheet steel molded and hammered. I myself really enjoy these rather oddball one-off creations.
