You're right, but whoever wrote on this panel has a strange way to do his h's.
George Shilala, who passed away last year, aged 95, was the shop foreman for Frank Kurtis race car division from 1945 to 1953.

The car was originally a 1942 Oldsmobile (the upper caption refers to another car).
