It“s the SS Suburban from 1969 .The SS Suburban was an attempt to make a King Midget competitor.  This Siple car is the only one left of the five initially produced.  The factory in Bellevue, Nebraska, was struck by lightning and completely burned to the ground.  Luck would have it that this vehicle was out of the building that night.  The SS Suburban never made it into production and initial testing proved the car to be inadequate for road use.
