I might be mistaken, but I don't think there's any car beneath! Considering the steel tubing on the interior, no monoblock frame...

No monoblock, a steel frame indeed, and there is a car beneath. No Chevrolet Monza bits.

It´s the Poubel built by ITA students....it´s a tribute to Marcos Poubel who died in a car accident ,in case , a 1979 Volkswagen Passat,that was donated by the family to build this car.
