I've listed this as Heuliez GS 4x4 'Jeep' in military version, circa 1975.

Is M7 the name you were looking for? I found this on a Lithuanian site...

Yes! Maybe you got the more reliable source, but in this case I remember several sources got it under "m7"
The point is yours!  :)

If someone knows its definite designation I'll later change the name of this puzzle.

This car is a plastic mock-up of a project called Citroen M7, made by Heuliez in 1973. Here's the final stage of the prototype in 1975.
