Ok, as I only search titles before I post puzzles, the wrong spelling of the existing puzzles, I failed finding it.
Thank you.
-
Can anybody confirm what the correct spelling is?
Bassons Star
Bassons' Star
Basson's Star
I can find all three of them in my sources. Is there any official leaflet or something adequate?
-
I only know of the first two versions you named.
-
The Standard Catalogue of American Cars 1946-1975 as well as G.N.Georgano and David Burgess Wise call it Basson's Star.
The Encyclopedia of American Cars 1940-1970 by Richard M.Langworth calls it Bassons Star.
I've seen Bassons' Star online, but that doesn't say much, as we all know.

Few English people really understand how apostrophes work (especially greengrocers with their Apples, Pear's and Banana's!!)
I reckon it's Basson's Star, but those who don't understand apostrophes calll it Bassons Star, which means they don't have to worry about where to put it...
