Well, it is obviously the same car we are talking about. And this seems to be a repost.

However the man associated with this car has not been mentioned yet. It seems he was the instigator of the project.

So what is your suggestion? Should I keep this open or should I reveal the name and merge the puzzle?

It is the same car...in this puzzle the question was about the instigator of the project G-Car, if I understand it correctly.

Well, it's still a mystery to me. On one hand, Glenn Castillo's own Facebook page and other webpages present this car as his creation. On the other band, several sources present this car as the G Car "Philippine Eagle"-inspired car, invented by Gerry Caroro. Not a single source relate both cars as being the same, although they obviously are.
