Forgive the alarmingly slow response, but hopefully worth the wait as you are correct and have the point.

The puzzle-setter asked for the name of the man who built this car. Not the company.  ;D

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury.

Well, it is obviously the same car we are talking about. And this seems to be a repost.

However the man associated with this car has not been mentioned yet. It seems he was the instigator of the project.

So what is your suggestion? Should I keep this open or should I reveal the name and merge the puzzle?

I'm not a jury but in my opinion if you're a looking for the builder's name not the car's name. You must keep it open

Jeffrey Castech ?

Are you asking for the builder or for the instigator ? Seems like two different notions to me.

Multiple websites claim this car was the man's idea. So let's just say, instigator

yes, now that's a point for you.

So what should we do now with this puzzle?

I think we can merge them now. New information has been added to the old puzzle but they do not need to stand alone like two separate cars, right?
