For a point, I need the brand which sold it and the coachbuilder which made it.

I believe that's a Polski Fiat 126 EL Pop 2000, built by FSM

it is modified by company named POP Fiat 126p / FSM 126
it can be also an electric version

The base is indeed a Fiat 126 (this is quite obvious), even if not a 126p. But this isn't the Pop conversion.
To give you the point I need the name of the coachbuilder and the brand which sold it (which was a different company).
I told you it isn't so easy...

I forgot you were part of our community... and that would have been so easy for you.
So, a little explanation for the other members: a few cars were sold in the early 90s by a company called Cars International and based in Mondovì. However, it was only a trade company and the conversion was made by Carrozzeria Gavello, which is a commercial vehicles coachbuilder, best known for its pick-up convertions of used Italian sedans (Fiat Argenta mainly).
