Ah ha, I know where you got that information, as the magazine used my photographs, but also mispelt the name of the car. It is infact a Sammio, a Triumph-based special from the mid-1950s that is now being reintroduced by Bay Area Rods of Bournemouth using a VW Beetle base. You're close enough though, so the point is yours.
