It seems to be 4WS. Is it 4WD also? And could it be Felix Coldwell's 1913 car from Australia? Although I'm not sure that could be a 4WS thing.

It is indeed 4WS and 4WD but this one has nothing to do with Coldwell...

Hi, it is the italian SABA Stelvio, an all-wheel-drive car built in Milan from 1927 to 1928. "Classic" Stelvio ( rear-wheel-drive ) was built from 1923 to 1928.
