Well it is obviously a 'lotus 7 inspired sportscar' but not of a type I recognise.

I assume the large washing machine drum is to shield the exhaust.

I would take a punt at it being USA in origin (otherwise someone would sue if they burnt their leg on the exhaust....)

Yup. I think MSC stands for Motorsportcars and it's Benelli motorbike engined
