I know where you found these info, but mine should be more reliable because they come from a site dedicated to this small maker. The driver is identified as a relative of the founder.
The year is also wrong...

So, there not involvement from Ernest Henry in this car at all?

Now that I know the year is wrong, I'd say it's a bit older, from just before WW1?

The car is just before WW1, it has a Ballot engine and was a prototype for the later production.
