I saw an Hummer H2 the other day with very similar looking wheels. The rim size was about 24" though, and they were considerably wider too.
But I don't think that is the correct answer  :)

VDP, by an amazing co-incidence, you have actually stumbled on the correct name for this car! Incredible! :faint:
This car is called Hummer - but it's an electric car dating from the 1970s, well before the HummVee

This is unreal! This sort of coincidence really ranks as unprecedented!  ;D
I thought I was just making a quite useless OT remark, but it turned out to be correct.
I had never heard of an Hummer electric car before.
