The Artist and The Car - Solved! Kurt Vonnegut - SAAB dealer.
« on: February 08, 2009, 08:30:06 AM »
A shameless ripoff of Ray B's excellent concept, which he has granted me his OK to post (I offered this one to him in a PM)

Who is this person, and what car can he be associated with?

Art and cars. Painters, writers, musicians, actors, movie makers: in a nutshell, artists. Cars of special importance in their work, or in their life.

Sean Connery (aka James Bond), associated with an Aston Martin (from the movies)?

Oops -- you had already said that, hadn't you? I was just trying to figure out who he looked like and forgot about that.

Musician, then?

Pretty easy to find if you recognize him without the moustache: it's Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
I guess you refer to his former SAAB dealership...

Do you had a particular SAAB in mind or is it none of those at all?

You got it - the guy and the car!. I think SAAB dealerships in the US at the time were selling just a single model, so just SAAB is sufficient. A well-earned pair of points for you.
