Who is this person, and what car can he be associated with?

Art and cars. Painters, writers, musicians, actors, movie makers: in a nutshell, artists. Cars of special importance in their work, or in their life.

Pretty easy to find if you recognize him without the moustache: it's Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
I guess you refer to his former SAAB dealership...

Do you had a particular SAAB in mind or is it none of those at all?

You got it - the guy and the car!. I think SAAB dealerships in the US at the time were selling just a single model, so just SAAB is sufficient. A well-earned pair of points for you.
