Yes, correct. This car is actually by A to Z Car Emporium but the Concept 2000 was later sold by Exotic Enterprises

One of these recently showed up on Ebay, with a false background story and a $22K buy-it-now price.  It also had a completely stock interior.

The best part of the auction listing is a page scanned from Dream Cars: Top Style and Performance by Denis J. Harrington:
