I'm not sure it can get any more narrow :D
It's not denial, I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

Curse you Quiller!  I know this one, but I just can't find a any records of it, so I'll have to rely totally on my memory, which is always a worry.  From memory this car was shown at the 1975 Geneva Motor Show, and was called something like Taon.  Anywhere close?

That's very close. I will lock the puzzle for 48 hours for you to find the exact name - otherwise I will accept being cursed  ;)

Hi spider murphy, when a guess is very close to the solution, the puzzler may lock his puzzle for some hours, to let the guesser find the correct answer. This one was for Djetset till tomorrow...
(BTW the correct name was written in the picture!)

My next answer was Thaon, and the AT2 model name is evident on the Geneva Show display stand.

Don't worry Spider Murphy, no offence taken.

The 1975 Geneva Salon where the Thaon was unveiled was one of the finest Geneva shows of the 1970s, with significant debuts including the Rolls-Royce Camargue, Peugeot 604, Renault 30 TS, Triumph TR7, Vauxhall Chevette and AMC Pacer.  These all pale into insignificance thougn compared to the launch of the Thaon AT2!  :lmao:

Thaon AT2 it is - and according to the rules of the puzzle, the point goes to Djetset, but I suspect it won't be long before Spider Murphy has quite a few points to his name ....   ;)
